1. In the event of any non-fulfilment of a contract, the level of liability to the Client, Artist or Supplier or Showoffs Agency Limited is limited to a maximum of the fee stated in the contract.
  2. All bookings must be made by purchase order or in writing. A telephone call does not constitute a booking. A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of booking.
  3. Cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing and cancellations are subject to cancellation fees. Cancellations between 14 and 28 days are subject to 50% of the fee contracted and cancellations of less than 14 days notice are subject to 100% of the fee contracted.
  4. Re-booking of artists or suppliers nominated in any contract within 12 months of the date of performance will be made only through Showoffs Agency Limited.
  5. A supplier is responsible for the insurance of equipment in transit and whilst on site at any event. Any special requirements or hazards resulting from the hire of equipment must be advised by a supplier to Showoffs Agency Limited who in turn will inform the client accordingly.
  6. Showoffs Agency Limited will make every effort to ensure that all suppliers and services are provided as scheduled but cannot accept liability in respect of the breakdown or non-delivery of equipment for reasons beyond their control. In the event of any service or supply becoming unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Showoffs Agency Limited, they will endeavour to secure a suitable and acceptable alternative.
  7. All artists are in possession of current relevant Malpractice and Public Liability insurance with an indemnity of not less than £ 2,000,000, a copy of which has been provided for Showoffs Agency Limited records.
